Shipping Information
At Pizza Solutions, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient delivery experience for our business customers. Below is an outline of our shipping policies:
ALL DELIVERIES ARE KERBSIDE UNLESS ARRANGED OTHERWISE
1. Shipping for In-Stock Items
- Dispatch Timeliness: 95% of orders are dispatched on the same day using an automated fulfilment system. Remaining orders are dispatched the next day.
- Delivery Method: We use a next-day, business-to-business pallet delivery service.
- Delivery Scope: Deliveries are kerbside only.
- Vehicle Specifications: Deliveries are made using vehicles that are 14.5 tonnes or larger.
- Delivery Schedule: Deliveries usually occur Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM, but can be scheduled up to 7 days a week until 10 PM.
- Shipping Modifications: Orders cannot be modified once placed due to the automated nature of our fulfilment process.
2. Shipping for Back-Ordered Items
- Lead Time Information: Typically specified on the product page, but please contact us for further details.
- Dispatch Policy: Items are dispatched within two days of arriving in stock.
- Delivery Process: Delivery follows the same kerbside, business-to-business pallet service as in-stock items.
- Operational Hours: Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Modifications in Shipping: Please email [email protected] for changes. Note that additional charges may apply.
3. Shipping for Factory Orders
- Lead Time Information: Lead times are indicated in item descriptions and are estimates.
- Delivery Method: We employ a business-to-business pallet delivery service.
- Expected Transit Time: Once dispatched, transit typically takes 5-10 working days.
- Delivery Timing: Deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM.
- Changes and Redelivery: For modifications or redelivery requests, email us at [email protected] . Additional charges may apply and changes may be limited depending on the stage of the process.
4. Additional Information
- Amazon Fulfilment: We use Amazon fulfilment for Easy, Evo and Moon product lines. Larger machines are sent via Palletline.
- Specific Delivery Requests: Contact us at [email protected] BEFORE placing your order if you have specific delivery requirements.
- Incorrect Delivery Address: Contact us immediately if there is an error in the delivery address. Due to our automated process, corrections are often not possible.
5. Overseas Shipping
- VAT Policy: VAT is not charged on UK exports. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges and taxes in their country. Terms are Delivered at Place (DAP).
- Deliveries to Republic and Northern Ireland are approx 5+ working days.
6. Lost/Delayed Items
- Timeframe: Occasionally things go wrong and goods are delayed due to issues outside of our control. In the UK, items are considered lost or delayed after 30 days, and in Ireland, after 60 days. Please allow 30 or 60 days for goods to arrive.
